The short version

CardKoala makes money from affiliate commissions and advertising. If you click a link to a marketplace and buy something, we may be paid a commission by that marketplace. It costs you nothing extra.

How we are compensated

We may earn a commission, referral fee, advertising fee or other compensation from advertisers, affiliate networks, gift card marketplaces or other third parties whose links or advertisements appear on this site. In some cases we may be compensated for a click even where no purchase is made. We also display advertising served by third parties.

How compensation affects what you see

Offers in our comparison tables are ranked by discount, not by what we are paid. However, compensation does influence which marketplaces we have relationships with, and therefore which appear on the site at all. We do not list every gift card marketplace in existence, and the ones we do list are generally ones we can either read inventory from or have an arrangement with.

Accuracy

We work hard to keep prices current, but discounts, availability and marketplace terms change constantly and we are not the seller. Always confirm the final price, the delivery method and the guarantee on the marketplace's own site before you pay.

Third-party sites

When you leave CardKoala you are on someone else's website. That company controls its own checkout, customer service, refund terms, privacy practices and fulfilment. We are not a party to your transaction.
