Questions about CoinGate

Is CoinGate legit?
CoinGate sells new gift cards, most of them at face value or a little more, and used ones in a clearance section. We list only the cards it sells for less than they're worth: today that is 56 stores, and we check its prices every ten minutes. We have not found a written guarantee, so read its terms before you buy. We don't handle orders, so we can't vouch for its customer service. What we can say is that spending a card or loading it into your account the day it arrives takes away most of the risk.
What if a CoinGate gift card doesn't work?
Contact CoinGate, not the store on the card: CoinGate sold it to you. Check the balance as soon as the card arrives, and keep your order email until the card is spent.
Is CoinGate the cheapest place to buy gift cards?
For a few stores. Most of its cards cost face value or more, so a marketplace is usually cheaper. Right now its discounts make it the cheapest for 16 of the 535 stores that any seller we check has in stock (3%). The cheapest seller changes from store to store and from day to day, so look the store up here before you buy.
How does CoinGate deliver?
It says cards arrive by email.
How does CardKoala get CoinGate's prices?
We read the prices in CoinGate's own shop every ten minutes, and list a card only while it costs less than it's worth and its store's page offers it. A used card links to CoinGate's clearance section. We don't sell gift cards and never see your order: you buy from CoinGate directly. We may earn a commission when you do, and it never changes the order sellers are listed in.
